Introduction

A bachelor of science degree in computer science is available for students in the College of Engineering as preparation for a professional career or for advanced professional or academic study.

Students in the College of Liberal Arts who wish to major in computer science are referred to the computer science in Liberal arts webpage. Engineering students who choose a degree in computer science may not select the computer science major offered through the College of Liberal Arts as a second major in a double major program, or as a major in the combined five-year liberal arts-engineering program.

This program is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET.
