The Tufts Geological Imaging System (GIS) is an application for exploring geological data. It supports multiple data sets, in three dimensions, with an arbitrary number of numerical properties per data point. Every property in the data can be given its own color scheme for visualization.

The software can export xml formatted queries for computing semivariograms and implicit functions over any data set. It can then import the resulting values which can be viewed alongside the data.
