Abstract

In this demo class, we will be studying the topic: “Understanding Algorithm Complexity and Its Applications”. By the end of this class, the audience would have gotten a better understanding of algorithm complexities, how to determine them, and how to apply this knowledge to solve problems efficiently.

Bio:

Mercy Oluwadara Jaiyeola is a final-year PhD candidate at Mississippi State University, carrying out her doctoral research in the field of Computer Science Education. She is currently researching on the identification and evaluation of pathways into the computing field and workforce. She is interested in pedagogical methods and strategies that can efficiently impart computing skills into students and prepare them for a computing career. She is not only passionate about teaching and learning methods; she also loves to teach.
