Abstract

Fundamental change is taking place in our nation today, with technology as a central driver. New technologies, which power economies and strengthen militaries, will continue to reshape the world over the next decade. This talk will describe this dynamic technological landscape, suggest priorities, and highlight important Biden-Harris administration actions to promote and protect U.S. technological advantages today and for decades to come.

About the Speaker: Dr. Morgan Dwyer’s work focuses on issues at the intersection of technology, policy, and national security, including defense acquisition, organizational reform, space, and cyber. Morgan holds a Ph.D. in technology, management, and policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University, and a B.S. in astronomy and physics from Yale University.
