I have recently completed a masters degree in computer science in the Computer Science Department here at Tufts University. My thesis was entitled ""Predicting the Structure of the Beta-Helix Protein Motif", in which I developed and implemented a wrap-and-pack method for increasing the sensitivity of an existing beta-helix motif recognition tool, Betawrap. The method also produces three-dimensional structure predictions for a section of the putative helix.

I am currently working with Bonnie Berger's group, developing further improvements to Betawrap and working on other projects.
