I got my PhD in 2009 with Bonnie Berger at
MIT. I am now spending
a year as a postdoc with Lenore
Cowen at Tufts.
Previous work with Bonne and Lenore:
- Matt multiple structure alignment algorithm
- BetaWrapPro recognition algorithm for two beta-protein motifs. A generalization of this method called "SMURF" is under development.
