New AI for Biology Course for Fall 2026:
In Fall 2026 I will be teaching AI for Biology, an introduction to applying deep learning methods to (mostly molecular) biological problems. Many students want to learn how to develop, use, improve, or assess such methods -- this course will get you up to speed.If you are interested in registering, please complete the course survey first!
