Attendees must reserve their hotel arrangements and register for the workshop separately. Also check out our social events & fine dining during the workshop!

Hotel Arrangements:
Reserve your room directly with the hotel: Chateau Sonesta New Orleans by one of the following two methods. Our group name
is IWLS, or Association of Computing Machinery.

arrival and departure dates, King or 2 Doubles, Smoking/non Smoking, & Credit Card with expiration date.

The room rate is $89.00 per night; the tax rate is 12%. There is a $1 additional tax. The total per night is ~$100.68. An additional charge of $40 will be applied for double occupancy.

These rates are guaranteed till May 14, 2002. After that, the hotel can charge whatever rate they wish. The hotel has *very* limited spaces for the additional nights, so if you plan on staying the weekend make sure to book your extra nights well ahead of time.

Registration:
Please print this form, complete it, and fax it to: 1-512- 838- 4036 to the attention of Ms. Stephanie Shaffer. Please write clearly! You will receive an email confirmation within one week. I f you do not, please send email to Ms. Stephanie Shaffer renae@us.ibm.com.

The registration fee includes workshop proceedings and meals starting with dinner on Tuesday evening through lunch on Friday.

Partial registration covering Thursday and Friday only will be pro-rated at 70% of the numbers listed above.

Guests: All meals $345. Or $69 on Tuesday, $115 per day on Wednesday & Thursday, and $46 on Friday. However, advance notice is required. Please note that on your registration form BEFORE May 15.

Social Events:
All within walking distances from the hotel. Please pick up a map at the registration desk upon arrival in case of last minute changes!!!!

Tuesday, June 4th, 7 pm: Dinner at Bacco's in the Skylight room.
Wednesday, June 5th: New Orleans water tour on a two-hour cruise along the Mississippi . Boarding 6-7. Cruise 7-9.
Thursday, June 6, 7:30 pm: Dinner at Dominique's.
