- A head scribe may volunteer to "clean up" the synthesized feedback page we make in the large group discussion.
Managers

Small group discussion - 45 min (9:05 ~ 9:50)
For Monday, in addition to reading a paper, you will be submitting written feedback on each others' proposals.
In small groups, take about 12 minutes to read each others' proposals.
Then, take the remaining time to in turns: say what kind of feedback you are looking for and ask each other clarifying questions you have.
The goal of this activity is to be able to reduce confusion about the proposals upfront in person.
Hopefully then, the feedback you submit for Monday's homework will be concrete and content focused. We hope to reduce feedback clarifying what was meant or about how the proposal was written.
For the large group discussion, ambassadors should prepare to propose types of feedback your group anticipates the whole class will benefit from.
Large group discussion - 15min (9:50 ~ 10:05)
We will convene and synthesize a list of types of feedback that everyone should give for Monday's assignment.
Cool-down activity - 10 min (10:05 ~ 10:15)
All scribes will get together to start their wiki write up to be finished
at latest a week from today. You will find writing down what folks wanted to get feedback on useful for doing Monday's homework.
All managers will get together and make tickets for the course.
This can include the tickets from their group discussions as mentioned above,
a ticket to follow up on the scribe write up, and any other issues they
think will be helpful.
All ambassadors will get together with Matthew and Kathleen to discuss how they think
the day went, how they think the pacing went, what they are looking forward to, any
worries they might have about the class, etc.
