An introductory course in the use of computers to the solving of engineering problems. Fundamentals of digital computer organization, machine language, and Fortran programming, and the application of the digital computer to its primary applications: analysis of data; engineering systems analysis; computer simulation; information retrieval techniques. Graphical display systems are also studied, along with analog computational techniques.
